We have established the Coaching Centre within Policing Matters, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

This course is for leaders and managers, both in the Public and Private sector who want to refine and improve on their ‘natural’ coaching and mentoring skills by applying a little more rigour to how they do business.

It is also for those starting out on their coaching careers or experienced coaches who want to gain a credible certificate that is internationally recognised.

  • Duration: 12 months with – six residential days
  • Location: London
  • More informationPM ILM Coaching Mentoring Programme Overview
  • Qualification: Level 5 (ILM) Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring with the option of doing a Level 5 Diploma.
  • Cost: £2995 +VAT.

We have considerable experience in providing development programmes and will create a safe learning environment for everyone who takes part. Compassionate coaching is at the heart of what we do – and we will always pay particular attention to the needs of individual participants.

Our coaches are from a variety of high achieving backgrounds and have extensive experience coaching at an executive and management level, creating performance focused coaching conversations within an organisation delivering real, hard edge results.

We have successfully delivered leadership development programmes to high performing national and international organisations – with outstanding performance improvement.

Two critical success factors are at the core of our coaching products:

  • The effective way we help organisations focus on ethical performance improvement
  • and the applied nature of the learning experience.

Participants will leave our coaching programmes with new knowledge and abilities coupled with a series of practical outcomes to be delivered on behalf of the executive team who sponsor the programme.
